La II edición del Festival Internacional Terres Catalunya reune producciones que incentivan los viajes, especialmente el descubrimiento de entornos naturales, y que promueven el desarrollo sostenible. Se lleva a cabo en Tortosa (Tarragona), región de dos enclaves turísticos importantes: los parques naturales del Delta del Ebro y los Ports.

El certamen, especializado en cine turístico, recibió cerca de 250 inscripciones de países como Alemania, Brasil, Bélgica y Chile, entre otros. Reunió además a representantes de 18 países.

Desde el año 2008 se han producido más de 50 documentales, anuncios de publicidad y películas promocionales de regiones y ciudades. En 2017, este certamen recibió el estatus de miembro candidato al CIFFT (Comité Internacional de Festivales de Films Turísticos).
